?? The fly ash or crushed slag import system is designed to transport material from the ship – through the scale – to blow it up to the silos. Then, depending on the plant’s needs, the operator will choose a silo containing fly ash or powdered slag to blow from the silos containing these materials to the bunkers of each mixing tank area.

?? This material import and transportation system is designed as a closed, automated control system. With the purpose of making the process of transporting fly ash and powdered cement more convenient, hygienic and efficient, reducing loss and minimizing transportation costs.

?? TAY DO can produce according to customer needs with a capacity of 100-500 tons/hour.

⚡️ Principle of operation:

✅ Fly ash is sucked from the ship using a screw conveyor crane system passing through the scale

✅ After weighing, fly ash and powdered slag are blown into silos.

✅ When needed, fly ash is blown from the predetermined silo to the corresponding storage bunkers of the mixing tanks using a closed blowing system.
